Title: Which route is safest for a Triglav winter ascent?

I’m considering climbing Slovenia’s highest peak this winter and need guidance. The Triglav winter ascent (https://www.altitude-activities.com/tour/triglav-winter-climbing) seems thrilling but risky. I’d like advice on proper gear, timing, and technical challenges. How do experienced climbers handle snow, ice, and extreme cold? Any recommendations for training or local guides would be appreciated.
